What is a Brochure
(inBiz) Website?
 A brochure website is the
smallest of all websites, sometimes just a single page of
information. The name comes from the tri-fold, shiny, color
brochure that depicts information on a single sheet of glossy
paper.
The inBiz website and the
glossy brochure share a common purpose. They both provide your
potential clients with some basic information about your company
and what products and/or services you provide for sale.
An
inBiz website is often less expensive than a glossy brochure and,
it does a much better job. It
will put you inBiz on the Internet.
-
It opens your potential client base to the entire world! (How
many glossy brochures would that take?)
-
Without a website, your company is limited to its locality
unless you invest in very expensive, heavy advertising.
-
For
niche markets, it sometimes is the only way to reach a client
base large enough to sustain the company.
-
With a website, a small company in a tiny town can be a
worldwide player.
-
Improves your company's image.
-
Most companies know that
it is not good to have a PO box as their sole address.
Potential clients want to know where your company is located.
It lends credibility.
-
Likewise, it lends
credibility in today's advanced technological world to have a
website.
-
People frequently will deal with a company that has a website
before they deal with a company without a website.
-
Even for purchases I want to make locally, I'll search the
Internet for websites. I never look in the yellow pages.
For stores, an inBiz website
might have sample photographs of the primary products. For service
companies, it might have a picture or two of your company
headquarters. To emphasize on your company's friendly attitude, a
photograph of your staff might be your choice.
People need to know how to
get in touch with you... so, it contains the company name, your
mailing address, your shipping address, telephone number, cell
number, fax number, and business hours.
We think that a small, fast,
concise and precise website is perfect for the small business.
An inBiz site can be easily expanded to include
additional pages.
-
We
believe that the beautiful, glitzy websites cost too much.
-
We
believe that they take too long to load onto your potential
customers' computer,
taking up valuable time
-
Some fancy websites are so full of glitter that I can't find
what I'm looking for. Then, I go to another website that's
easier to navigate.
